I recentely discovered a GREAT place in MS that breeds. "Mississippi Rebel Sugar Glider Ranch" they are in Potts Camp, MS. Just go to google and type in "Mississippi Rebel Sugar Glider Ranch" and their site will come up with all of the info to contact them. Let me know how it goes!

Hi all, I am from Madison, MS and am looking for a person to adopt or purchase two gliders from. This will be my first time owning/loving these animals, but I have been researching them for a while now. I feel like I am ready to do this and am so excited to have finally made the decision. (I wanted to research them thouroughly before I made up my mind because I didn't want to go into this half cocked.) Does anyone know of anyone locally that I can talk to about this? Thanks, Christy

I'm from the town of Hernando, located in northwest MS. I'm about a 45 minute drive from Memphis, TN and a 20 minute drive from the aforementioned Southaven, MS.

Not being taken care of well so ive had her for a month and am planning to adopt a rescue or maybe get her a friend for christmas.. anyone know of anyone local?

I have my 1st baby, I got her from MS Rebel Glider Ranch which now I know are mill breeders so bonding with her is not going well at the moment. I plan on getting one more female. PM me if your close it would be great to know some more folks around here with gliders.

I am in Long Beach, MS and I am going to be picking up my first 2 suggies in about 2 weeks from a breeder in Louisiana. I am wondering what veterinarians are able to handle exotic pets in the Gulf Coast area.

i am from picayune, ms. about 2 hours south from jackson. I also have contacted that mississippirebelglider place. i would never purchase from them!! her asking price for gliders was outragous!!!! also when i asked if she bred colored gliders her response was" no! we do not fool with them they are all inbred and i would never purchase one and refuse to breed them" so i just laughed and said ok and hung up. She was very rude and just by talking to her she didnt seem to know the best info on gliders..im assuming another mill breeder is what they are.

Hattiesburg here, going to USM. Glad to see there's other people in this thread! I thought it'd be hard to find other people in this state who had gliders.

My son is attending USM in Hattieburg. We live in Long Beach on the Coast.

Hi! I had gliders years ago, have been a member here for years, from TN, I moved to MS last year, and just ventured back into having gliders (now that life has settled down!) I'm currently in Hattiesburg. It's good to be back! (both here and in the glider world in general!)
