Is this coconut toy glider safe?

I was given one of these as a gift for the girls, but I wanted to check with you guys to make sure they're glider safe:

Looks fine to me, just check for frayed edges daily and you're good to go. I have one similar in shape to this: http://www.amazon.com/Super-Bird-Creatio...2QGBTYRJSYQGCZ6
But the wooden part is a foraging toy(2 cups on top of each other like a sphere) and only one bell at the bottom.

I have something really similar to this and i hide treats in it usually for my Blind glider. I haven't had any real problems with it so far. (:

Just be very careful because their nails can get caught in the rope.
