Beads wooden are they safe?

Hello I was wondering if wooden beads or painted wooden beads are they now safe to use on toys?

As long as they are colored with a parrot safe coloring.

You are going to find that they will absorb urine and start to smell.

I recommend plastic beads, no beads with metal on them.
