Question on Bedding....

Question on Bedding.... - 10/21/05 12:37 PM

I was reading a "joey rejection" site and one of the suggestions was getting a nesting box. I found a woven ball that was advertised as a "nesting box" that has holes to go in and out of it (they had a chinchilla and sugar glider on the box) and i was wondering what to put in it to keep them warm (i also have fleece cage pouches). Can i put natural cotton bedding in there? (the pet store had some but it said for hamster nesting so i am not sure) Thanks!

I cut up little pieces of fleece about 6x6 and make them little blankies...the drag them all over the cage from pouch to pouch or even down on the bottom of their cage if they are trying to hide from me LOL it is too funny!

Thanks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I'll try the fleece (they don't like the cotton anyways...they keep kicking it out of the box <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> )
