Subtract two gliders from Montana, they've moved to NC!
Sorry guys! They are now with their dad and new mom!

Add 4 more Gliders for Montana, very near Glacier Park. I'm new to Gliders and this site, but did a lot of research (many months) before I got them a couple of weeks ago. Started out with a whole family (Mom, dad and two babies, one male, one female). I'm a chronic "rescuer", both my Labs are rescued, and the Gliders are rescued, once rescued a Bengal Snow Leopard (who has since moved to better things). I have the property and the ambition, so if you hear of other exotic pets who need a good home, let me know.

Chuck,
My dad called me today, in the Missoula paper there was a classified with a breeding pair and a joey for sale, 100.00 for the pair and 100.00 for the joey. I can pm you the number if you are interested.

I can't say I'm a full-time Montana resident, but I spend my summers in Hamilton at the Teller Wildlife Refuge.
Last summer I was there with my two gliders right on the Bitterroot!

I sure do miss it... my heart is here, but my soul is in Montana.

I can't wait to get back.

Hey, wait if this person can say they are part-time resident then so can I. I live in Troy, Montana in the summers. We have 70 acres of land and a house of course so it makes us residents.

Hey everyone! Guess What I discovered today while cleaning the enclosure? I didn't get 4, I got 5! A Joey is OOP Surprise on me! Now being as I totally prepared myself for care of grown Gliders, I am thrilled - but also going "Ah what do I do now?" So add one more for Montana, and.... Should I do anything special for the new one? He seems to have done just fine, so far, with the diet and treatment that I have given the other 4. Any special tips?

I am from Missoula, but being active duty military with the Marines, I live in North Carolina. But like anyone else from Montana, I will always claim there as home. I have 4 gliders, and one pair has two joeys.

I'm in Billings, and I'm looking for a female glider to be a companion to my lonley little male. I've had some problems with shipping because the small airport doesn't accomidate animal cargo.
Does anyone know of any unlisted montana breeders or need a new home for a female?

[:"blue"] If you haven't already, post in the Classifieds that you are looking for a companion for your glider. There may be someone close to help you out. [/]

laugh ok ok gramma sheesh i get the point. they are so sweet and do you think that they will stay still for 5 minutes to take a picture? ha ha i think not.although when i open their cage at night here comes dale ready to get out and chip is not far behind him. then they think they can bite me. which is starting to get old. i think it maybe my red shirt that chip hates. so lately i have been telling him that hes a brat. and lucky, well she has started using the wheel. not like the boys but she is triing and thats all that counts.i think that dale tried to get with her last week. so i will wait and see here if a few weeks if you are a great gramma.

Hi my name is Justin Harriman. I also live in Missoula MT. I have been trying to find someone here locally that knows a bit about gliders. I'm interested in learning more and to see how other people handle them and live with them. I currently have 3 males all about a little over a year old. And I also have one female thats about 6t months old. If we could chat about them a bit that would be greatI'm hoping to hear from you soon. I;m not on here a lot but if you would like please e-mail me at jHarriman83@hotmail.com
