Hi everyone! I'm moving to a very small house (12'x24'). Trying to figure out how to keep my gliders with me. i can't have them throwing food on all of my stuff lol! Do any of you use cage covers that cover the top and three sides of the cage? How do your gliders do with it? With such tight space i'm just not sure how to keep the mess contained. Any ideas?

I use cage covers, you can also utilize glider kitchens. I haven't used them but my friend does when she comes to visit with her gliders and it does contain a majority of the mess.

Maybe use both methods.

Cage cover should work, but will still have to deal with mess on floor. Keeping a hand held vacuum handy helps with that.

Making a cozy for the bottom of the cage will help keep some of the mess of the floor. Definitely cage covers for 3 sides of the cage -- clear plastic shower curtain works very well!

Thank you everyone! After all your input i'll most definitely be using a cage cover! Sadly Bear has turned into a food hog lately so the kitchen would probably be dangerous for Kat.

Dallie, what is a cozy? The clear shower curtain sounds really neat, but how do you attach it? Do the gliders not chew on it? I'd love to see/hear more about how you do yours!

A little late, but definitely go with cage covers! If you don't sew, or want an inexpensive solution, one is the shower curtains. Hang them with the removable 3-M wall hooks; works like a charm! The second way is fleece, HERE are instructions on how to do a few different styles, 2 of which do not require any sewing at all.
