These wheels were recomended to me through the forum, but since I've placed my order on Jan 25th I haven't heard anything from them. Does anyone know whats going on with this company?

I never got an order confirmation, only an email from paypal that my account had been charged by fast track. Their old website is no more, and it gets forwardd to a new website called spinzone global (fast-track). The new website doesnt allow me to log into my account. I tried calling their customer service number attached to my paypal reciept (270)883-1878. I've left messages, with no return, and I tried to email them at (the email also listed on my paypal reciept) and I received a reply stating:

"unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server."

I just want to get ahold of them to confirm that they got my order and are atleast working on it? Otherwise I want to ask paypal for my money back since I've heard absolutely nothing from them it makes me feel like they just took my money.

Did you place order prior to website change? It could be taking longer due to switching, not sure. I know Dallie is a very reliable vendor, having purchased from her, but it can take time, she is a crafter and builds the spinners, she may also have a large number of orders. Maybe Shelly (GliderNursery) will get a hold of her for you when she logs on today. But hang tight, I'm sure you'll get your wheel unless you cancel. I have three of her wheels and love them.

Perhaps shoot Shelly a pm, so she sees this quicker

If you have FB you can try messaging on Fast Track FB page as well.

I'm certain that Dallie will straighten out whatever is causing the delay in your order. She's a very reliable vendor so I'm sure you have no need to worry.

I did finally receive my wheels, it just took much longer than expected and not very good communication. I think that this was probably due to all their website changes.

I ordered a wheel and tho I didn't have to wait as long as u it was much longer then the two weeks I agreed too. I was told that the owner was ill and that she wasn't aware of the lack of communication by the staff she had hired and that she would be making sure everyone was contacted. I finally got my wheel but not the one I initially ordered (purple Titan) because they were experiencing issues with the purple and black lids so I ended up with a teal back and purple front. Not thrilled with the color but happy with the wheel as R my babies.
