It isn't what breed they are, they are sugar gliders. The color is Black Eyed White or more commonly called Leucistic.

Quite a beautiful pair!

How old are they?
How's the bonding process going?

I am not to sure of the age of either of them. I just know approximately what they said but they seem younger to me, I was told 8 weeks old but the smaller one looks younger. bonding isn't going very well so far one won't leave the bed and the other little one bites hard and crabs every time I try to pet her in the pouch. I am hoping she will warm up and will stop being scared. Can some baby always be scared and never bond or some just take a lot longer than others? Also. she has a line above each eye brow near her ears, is this a normal marking or hair loss? question, when she scratched her ear she caused a hole in it. What medicine should I use or none and will it completely close up and heal or look like a piece is missing like a scar? During the day I am trying to get her to stay in my pocket but she will not stay and will try to get out. How should I get her to stay in my pocket? Continuing to put her there is it helping her to bond or making her more afraid? Although she isn't crabbing. Thank you..

I am not familiar with leucistic color line and I can't tell how old your wee one is, but he/she has a pretty face. There are others that can help you there.

On this forum are several categories you can post in and read about diet, bonding and there is even a place where you can find a vet that sees gliders. As you're reading, you will see words in blue. Click on them and it will take you to those topics to read more. As you learn to Nava gate here, you might also check out toys , glider safe wheels , and sounds gliders make.

bonding takes awhile sometimes. Each glider is unique in personality, and will bond at different rates. We all were new once and have struggled with learning how take care of these special creatures. Time and patience is very important. Please keep us posted on how your new adventure goes and more pics as your babies grow and progress.
