Benji loves to go in my closet and jump on the hangers and weave in and out of them, so I was wondering if it is safe to put some in his cage to play with. They are just plastic, so I dont think they would harm him, but I wanted to check first.

I can't see how the hard plastic ones would hurt him. Anyone see a potential hazard here? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nixweiss.gif" alt="" />

The only thing I can think of is the edges where the mold comes together. Make sure there aren't any sharp parts. Other than that I can't think of anything else.
Anyone else?

If there are sharp edges, you could always sand them. Just make sure to wash any new toy in hot water and either a bleach solution or antibacterial soap! sounds like fun, though!

yeah mine love clothes hangers also and they love my closet. Maybe you could buy little baby hangers. I used to have some they are much smaller and plastic. And like they suggested you can sand an edge if its sharp...

I use the plastic clothes hangers in my reptariums to hang things from . My gliders love them.
