All of these can be found through the USDA's APHIS Animal Welfare site at:
http://www.aphis.usda.gov/subjects/animal_welfare/

Breeder Database
(Class A License - needed if you have four or more females)

Broker's Database
(Class B License - This will be the one you'll find the petstores on)

Exhibitor's License
(Class C License - These cannot breed nor sell exotics, but they can exhibit them)

I tried clicking the link to make sure that the breeder I am buyinf from is licensed, but it says the link no longer exists. frown Can someone give me a new one?
