awww, I wish I had a simple answer for you. I have to say though, I don't take the bites! They hurt! I do pull away but I always go right back to what I was doing to show them that trying to bite me isn't going to stop me from what I want to do.
One thing that might help with the licky treats is a plastic thimble. Put it on your finger then dip it in the licky treat. That way if she does bite, it won't puncture your finger. Then when she is no longer trying to bite the thimble, try again without it.

You might want to try some finger puppets during tent time. Just something simple that with get her to play with your hands. This can be a simple fleece finger glove with some ribbons on the end of it or even feathers.

Why don't you try when you put the licky treat on the back of your hand, slowly, over several nights, move it down to your fingers. This way she's gradually getting used to your fingers and it's not all at once. It sounds like something happened to make her dislike fingers, and she's scared of them. You also want to make sure your hands don't smell like food, or anything else offensive. Remember their little noses are very sensitive, I have joeys that when I send them home, I always warn their new parents, that being a smoker, they are used to that on my hands and if they get nippy it's because they don't smell right to them. (not that I smoke in the glider room, or around them) It's amazing what they remember and react to.
I had a little female that the first time I clipped her nails, she had a fit, and didn't like it one bit, after that she'd run from me when I'd try to give her treats, or get her out, I had to get her out of the pouch and then, she'd try to get away, she remembered that nail trimming and me as the bad guy! I worked with her for over a month with mealies getting her to see that hands weren't a bad thing. Now, she's in her new home and I'm sure she's spoiled rotten! It will probably take time, but with patience you should be able to get her past this. It would help if you know what happened that she was that way. What if you put the licky on the back of your finger, like your nail? Does she still bite?
Good luck!
