Being only 2 yrs away from finishing my degree im looking into different universities for doing a masters, anywho, make a long story short im really considering going to the university of south california, but as we all know california has a lot of wackey anti-animal laws. Any idea if suggies will be legal there within the next 3 years? I know they were working on leagalizing ferrits. Im deffently not moving to a place where i cant take my suggies. Ps. Anyone know why there laws are so strict there?

People have been working aggressively on Ferret legalization for 10+ years and have made next to no progress.

I highly doubt that gliders will be legalized in CA anytime soon.. and I can't say that I would want them legalized anyways. frown Unfortunately I think it would be terrible for the species.

No idea as to why the laws are so strict..

laws on exotic species are more strict in areas where the species can survive if let loose and cause destruction of other animal species if they were to thrive..

Hawaii is extremely strict on almost ALL warm climate animals because it is such idea conditions.. Again, it doesn;t go for all warm states, but that is usually their reasoning, and it makes sense,

Yes, but why are they ILLEGAL in MA, certainly couldn't survive if they got out!
