#45383 - 05/10/05 01:32 PM has anyone else noticed this??

Not sure if im going out on a limb or not here if i am someone please tell me im nuts and go take a nap. But ive noticed my guys have a day where they wont get along and we threaten their manhood. They will fight and fight and fight. I try not to go jump right to the computer as i would in the past to try and find comfort but look to the boys for comfort. But they just are fine every other day but this one. Sunday night was one of those nights at our house. They didnt want anything to do with any of them. Then monday night they are back to hugs and kisses glider style. Then later on when i do go to the computer to check the forum i noticed that there were other parents that had difficulty with their babies on the same night. 2 things then went through my head. #1 thank god i wasnt the only one that had to hear it that night. and #2 why?? my only thought it could be is part of the moon or cycle of things atmospheric pressure something i dont know but something in the enviroment that day. Much like there are some gliders that pick up on the full moon and turn into ware-gliders and insist on barking all night. Just a thought if anyone has insight on this or an opinion please let me know.

I'm not sure this qualifies as insight as muchas it is an observation of a mystery we haven't solved. We have lots of clues, but since the behavior seems inconsistent, all I can say is that I've noticed it, too!

It has long been discussed that glider behavior is related to moon cycles...seeing as Sunday was a "New Moon" phase, I'd say it's highly likely your little critters were following standard glider protocal~I know mine were as restless as ever on Sunday night.

yeah i was thinking it must be close to a new moon. Ok my religion is based somewhat on the moon and i never manage to store the cycle in my brain. Im seriously debating on moving rocky into another cage on days like this. Spiderman and Superman will fight back with each other but rocky kinda just looks at them as if he is saying are "you on crack mom already threatened you with your testiculars. I like my testiciculars and im not making mom mad at me." so as it stands rocky is allowed to keep his and the other two are on probation.
