My suggestion is to avoid most spices and seasonings when feeding gliders. Though a LITTLE might not hurt once or twice, if they don't really need it why feed it? I've never heard cinnimon being bad for gliders but I also haven't heard of it being good. Maybe someone else has an experienced answer.

Thats exactly why I was wondering because my Rabble likes this cereal with dried apples in it and they have a little cinnamon on it so i was just curious. He doesnt eat them all that often though. Thanks all!

Only if they're cinnamons! Oops, sorry, I just couldn't resist. I don't know the answer to your question. Maybe someone with more knowledge can answer for all of us.

Use it sparingly, but cinnamon, to my knowledge, is just fine, and mine love it!
