I frequently wear the tank tops with the shelf bras built in. Usually I wear them under an additional shirt, typically long sleeves cause my office is particularly cold. I tried to get my little boy, Gobo, to hop into my shirt while he was still half asleep and he would have none of that! He held onto my hands but every time I offered my shirt he'd climb to the other side of my hands. How do I get them in the first time? He's being a little stinker!

haha... try to put them in a pouch in your shirt first and then slowly work them into just the shirt... he would usually go in my shirt but only for 30 minutes tops then he wanted to be on my head or nest under my long hair

with mine the very first time i had to put the glider in from the bottom of the shirt, then let them climb up into the space and then cup my hands around her until she settled down. The first few times she just wanted out, but with persistence she slept in there and now they both dive right in upon seeing me!

My glider is total bra man. It just takes a bit of time. Start while it is day time and it is her sleep time. She might need a bit of comfort with your hands if that is what she is comfortable with. Once she finds that that is her stop she will stay for hours. No one even knows mine is there. Just keep taking the baby steps. Also I would give mine a nut once in a while or some fruit so he felt at home.

Hmmm I am thinking about making a shorter pouch to keep in my shirt with them in it. The pouches I have are HUGE and I look like I have a uni-boob. Makes the people at work look at me funny. But I may be able to make a shorter pouch that will fit in my shirt without too much hurrah... Hmmm......

John, are you feeling left out? I could work some sewing machine magic and make you and Chaser something special for the two of you so your not left out

Yeah, you def. need to loose the pouch under the shirt thing! It looks soooo bad most of the time unless you're wearing something baggy. I work in a professional setting and I take Tinky with me everyday- no way could I bring her in a pouch under my shirt. If the outfit is something very fitted, I still bring her in a pouch but leave the pouch in my purse.

As for training, I really had no problems, I just waited until she was sound asleep and stuck her in one of those shelf tank tops and we've been doing it ever since. She's to the point now where she'll just hop right in.

Best of luck to you

Gaz just decided she wanted to sleep there one day, sort of like the way Jax deemed the hood of my hoodie his bed when he was alive...what can I say...I'm irresistable>.>
