I believe it's a LOT different than BML... it uses a few of the same grocery store ingredients. The vitamins are definately different... we don't know what exactly is in them...but Priscilla sells them herself, so you have to buy them from her. Also I think that you have to rely a little more on the Cal/Phos ratios of fruits and veggies in that diet... where in BML you don't have to worry about those at all. But I'm not as familiar with this diet as some other members of GC are... hopefully they will have some better answers for you.

Here is the link to Priscilla's Diet.
If you look at it carefully, it's not so different from the BML diet as one might think. The one really obvious difference is the use of apple sauce instead of honey!!

There are a few obvious differences.. 1. is the vitamins 2. we don't know what any of the nutritional value is. 3. she uses bee pollen, propolis, royal jelly, and a pro-biotic as well as acacia gum 4. as Randy pointed out the nutritional value between the applesauce is very different than the nutritional value of the honey diets are different, just because they use a few of the same ingredients, doesn't mean they are not that different. The BML itself with all the modifications is still different from the original leadbeaters, even though that was the base. just because you have toast and coffee each morning with your breakfast, doesn't mean your breakfast's are the same or even similiar, for example the nutritional value of your pancakes are very different than the nutritional value of bacon and eggs, or a bowl of cereal for that matter, nutritional value is very different between the two diets, without having the nutritional values, however; we don't really know how much they are different

I agree with you Bourbon. There is a world of difference in the two diets. It's like comparing apples to oranges. mary h & Charlie

Have you tried the suncoast diet yet? I would email her and ask her the price of the vitamin b/c I'm not sure either.

Before jumping off into a diet that recommends the use of bee pollen, I would suggest you do some research on how the bee pollen is gathered and what it contains. The risk of botulism alone is 20 times higher than in honey, not to mention the bacteria, viruses, and other contaminents that could be in the pollen. mary h & Charlie
