I have a binder like that but mostly for vet visit use in case of an emergency they have all the facts there. I keep birth certificates and past vet bills and written history of the vet visit. I also keep care pamphlets or printed info from computer and in the diet section I always add if there's something new I've given them... Even a snack. I had one glider that was very sick and went through a lot of vet time and this helped everyone... Especially me, who was a little too frazzled to communicate all information. It's easy to leave stuff out in those situations hope that is helpful

I would have a few pages of instructions for feeding, cleaning, and handling. Such as where to find the food, how much, what time, where it goes in cage, how to clean, how often to clean, when to clean, where you put the mess, how to hold them, etc. I would then have a few pages with vet names, numbers, addresses, directions, and reasons of why they may need to go to the vet. (slow moving, bald spots, wound, not eating) I would have a small kit along with the binder for emergency use. Include blankets, a heating pad, syringes, apple juice, e-collar, etc. I would make a list of things NOT to do with the gliders. Such as moving the cage, food not to feed, dont pick them up by tail, dont let free unless room is safe, don't leave toilet seats open...etc Leave other contact numbers in the binder as well. Such as yours, your friends, your family, etc. Good luck! And smart idea!
