I just started a new show about Sugar Gliders and its on You Tube now! I am looking to talk with experts each show and put good information out for people interested in gliders. I am looking for ideas and feedback, and I would also like to help with good rescue information if anyone can help with that. Here is a link to the premiere episode.

I did watch the entire show and I loved it. Peggy was amazing and gave some great information and the setup of the show was professional and informative. The thing I am wondering and/or concerned about is Adama (sp?)... Does he have a cage mate? The only reason I am saying this concerns me is because when you're posting on youtube SO many people will see that and if you aren't advocating having gliders in pairs then people will start thinking that it is ok to have a lone glider. So, I just wanted to ask before any further comments or questions were raised if Adama has a cage mate or if he is getting one soon?

I agree with Drea, GREAT interview but I do believe your little does need a cage mate or if he has one at least mention it in the interview because people will start thinking its ok to just have one by its self and these guys are happiest in pairs!!..GOOD LUCK!!!!

GREAT show! I watched it the whole way through and have subscribed to your channel. What a wonderful way to educate people on sugar glider ownership! However I do third what Drea had stated above. Thanks for sharing!

No worries folks, we already talked about Adama having a cage mate, but there are a LOT of single gliders out there that do fine on their own. Take Ryder for example, Jen was the ONLY one he wanted as his buddy and he lived for ten years. I have had a single glider here for several years now and she is perfectly fine. Patrick had a single glider once before and Gaius did incredibly fine and loved him dearly. I always tell folks, and Patrick was no different, you 'can' have a single glider however it is like us being on an island surrounded by every animal we love and they shower us with affection. However, after a while we are going to wish we had another human to talk to. Even if its our worst enemy...LOL
great video would love to see more maybe some different ways other people hold or handle their Sugar Glider I think everyone is different and have different methods
I am working on the second show now. It is scheduled for posting on December 8th. My goal is to go Bi-Weekly, but for right now 1 show a month is what it is. Single Gliders vs Gliders together will be addressed in the December 8th episode. TUNE IN!!!! -Thanks Patrick

Great job! Thanks for sharing the ups and downs of glider ownership, and the time it takes to bond. Some places imply it is all easy peasy and fun. You're doing a good job, and I'm looking forward to seeing your next episode
I love love love Adama bond! I love watching the gradual trust. I feel like it will also be a great help with the new owners who watch it. That way they can see that what their gliders are doing is normal, and over time they start to trust you.
Also, is it just me or is Max (i think thats his name, the glider Peggy was holding) HUGE??? He looks likes Arnold Shwarzenegger in glider form haha

Jess, his name is Babbax but I call him Bax. He is currently the oldest glider I have here (almost 9). He is just a big boned glider but not overweight at all. Hes a normal sized glider. :-)
