Is it okay to ask our breeders the lineage even after a year? I dont want to ever breed i am just curious of their background. Are there breeders that would give that information?

You could ask, but most will not give you the lineage if they are females. You may be able to get the lineage if they are neutered males.

My breeder said she gave it to me when i bought them but cant find the paper work. Until i find it they dont have any. Which is okay the only man we have in the house is nuetered

I think you should be able to ask for lineage. You can ask the breeder to add next to their name 'no breeding, so it makes their lineage essentially void but you know their ancestors. If they are lineage do. The pet glider you should be able to see the, that way. It may be different if it is actual paperwork though.
