Hello, it is 1:25am and I'm up spending some Bondingb Time with Stuart. Thought I might just pop in and see how everyone was doing with their little ones and bonding Progress? Since his Tent Time started three days ago we have made lots of progress. If I am only able to do Tent Time 3-4 times per week is that enough? Thanks sugiemom to Stuart

There is no definitive answer to is 3-4 times a week for tent time enough. I would say any tent time is better than none, but obviously the more you can do the better. I don't think that you need to worry though, do what you can, when you can and that bond will form. Just keep up the good work. Phil

sugiemom, Like Philwojo said, I think anything is enough as long as you're making progress. If you've been following my comments, I've had to work crazy long hours for going on a month now, yet spending even a little time with my fuzzies on nights they weren't upset with me has led to quite some progress. They are definitely more bonded now that when this insanity started. If you are able to dedicate time to him three to four times each week, show some patience during each session to let him determine how it goes, and follow through with handling any way he'll accept, I'll sure you'll see some remarkable attachments form. Hang in there and enjoy the ride!

My first glider was an only for a very long time. The one thing you need to be careful about is giving Stuart enough alone time to get adequate sleep. They are nocturnal so given the chance, most will sleep all day undisturbed which is what you want them to do.
Even in my families (later), I doubt a tornado would wake them, but they woke earlier than most who post (around 8:30-9:30 PM consistently).
There were times years ago, I would travel with one in particular to glider gatherings, and she did not appreciate being carried around during the day When we got home, it was like she needed to catch up on missed sleep
Stuart may be completely different. Just wanted to tell you what I have experienced.
