I have a bad head cold and am home from work today. would love to sit with my babies, but not sure how my cold may affect them. does anyone know if they can pick up cold/flu germs from humans?

Cross-species illnesses are called zoonoses. They are rare, and the farther away the animal is genetcially from you, the less likely you will spread disease between one another. Since sugar gliders are marsupials, it is even less likely to spread disease with them than it is between your dog or cat. Take that information as you will, but zoonoses *do* exsist, such as the bird flu.

Is this pronounced 'zoo'(as in a place with animals)-

And 'nose' (as in plain on your face)+ pluralism??
