I currently have a pair of bonded neutered boys, both around 1 year old. If I were to introduce another glider into the mix, would it be better for them to be introduced to another neutered male or instead a female?

I have both 2 males and 1 female and 2 females and 1 male.
If introductions are done right they work. You can also have all males or all females.
