Welcome to Glider Central!
Gliders fur is very short and thick. It's actually more like wool. Since they groom themselves and each other, a flea doesn't really have a chance.
If you are concerned, you can use a plug in nightlight in their room that shines on the floor, and place a very shallow dish (like a plate) under it with water, and a drop of dishsoap at night. Fleas are attracted to light.

In all my years here, I don't remember a single instance of a glider with fleas.
As stated above, they are fastidious groomers, so fleas wouldn't really have a chance.
Good question.

Welcome to GliderCENTRAL!
I agree with Dawn, the nightlight and small dish of water with Dawn dish soap will also help keep your house flea free with out pesticides that could hurt your pets.
