I've seen these around and wondered if anyone here has used them? Do they like them? I was thinking about it because I hate my bonding pouch.
Also do the scarves have to be fleece? I have almost a 2' ring of Jersey knit from when I had to alter a Maxi dress and was wondering if I could make one out of that?
Thanks in advance and have a great day!

The inside pouch for the gliders should be fleece. It is safer for the gliders.

I myself wouldn't use one as I hate scarves, love my bonding pouches.

I have to admit this is a new spin on the bonding pouch for me although they have probably been around for a while dunno Just have not had anyone post about them here or post for sale in classifieds.

So I went to Etsy, and there they were rofl The one thing I did notice in all of them is the inner portion of the pouch itself did appear to be made of fleece regardless of what the scarf portion was made of.

Knit will pull rather easily with glider nails, so there is the hazard of their getting that thread caught around fingers/toes or worse.

You will also still need a zippered enclosure to keep them safe. I could not tell if there is a mesh window anywhere or if it is just a solid enclosed pouch.

Etsy bonding scarves

ETA: These scarves are probably more suited for winter. I would think they would be hot for the human to wear, especially in the warm months of the year.

There is a couple really cool ones on Amazon too that I've been watching. I live in Minnesota so I've been looking at them too now that we are into fall.

I think I'm going to take the gamble and get one on my next paycheck in like 2 weeks (the description says it can take a week to make as well). I'll let you know what I think of it when I get it.

I also think it will be nice to have them up close to my neck anyway. My Great Dane likes to sniff the pouch and it makes them crabby when they are trying to sleep lol.

I do agree with Karen - the inside pouch part looks like most of them are fleece (the one on Amazon I really like is). However, I would also make sure the entire scarf is fleece too so when they come out of the little zipper pouch and are running around on me that they won't risk getting their nails stuck in other parts. Granted I'll be right there wearing it but I'd rather avoid the chaos that would cause.

I just ordered one for me and my babies. Excited to see how it works! I plan on using it to take babies to work.
