My sweet, dear Alice has become an assertive floozy! I understand about establishing hierarchy and having been bonded to a neutered, older chap could cause a girl some frustration, but my goodness, have shame in your game girlfriend! Smudge, the not at all interested bonded mate, recently went to the Rainbow Bridge. Enter Smokey (again), a younger, unaltered male who, like any teenaged human boy, is primed to go. (I decided to let Alice have a chance to be a momma because of her sweet temperament and because we lost Smudge so suddenly which of course, devastated her). Needless to say, Smokey met his match with Alice. He is being very ‘cool’ about her excessive groping and grooming, however, she is acting a bit to persistent in my opinion and lack of experience with the glider version of The Graduate. Will she ease up? Should I worry if they aren’t brawling? Thank you in advance for your replies.

Thanks for the laugh. I am not sure if you were asking for advice but they should be fine. He probably likes the attention and she is dominant. He will probably assert himself at some point as he gets older especially if he stays intact. Unless you want a lot of babies I would definitely neuter him at some point but you would need someone with breeding experience to get advice on when to make sure he is able to help care for his kids.

Also, it is “coo-coo-ca-choo”. Sorry for being pedantic. I do a lot of editing in my job.

Xeno-
LOVE IT! Thank you for the correction, I have full appreciation for proper grammar and spelling, as it has become a lost art in general. I canceled my over twenty year subscription to the newspaper due to the lack of editing and over abundance of errors in every paragraph. And I have been an active lyrical devotee ever since I found out that Metallica was saying”...sad but true...” not “...sand patrol...”. <sigh>
Also, much thanks for your helpful reply which has given me peace of mind. I gave Alice a wink and a thumbs up and being as she’s a glider, she returned the thumbs up! All is well on the home front, and Smokey will have stories to tell. Luvs me Furks! (Fur kids)
Have a great day!👍🏻
