You are invited to LuckyGlider's Get-Together and BBQ in Las Vegas, Nevada.
If you live in the Las Vegas area, or will be visiting at the time and would like to meet other sugar glider lovers - you are in "Luck." Come join us for an afternoon of fun and eats and glider-lover conversation. This is a free event.
WHEN: Noon to Six PM on Sunday, September 16, 2007
WHAT: Food, Soft drinks and friendly discussion.
WHO: You do not have to be a glider owner to come and enjoy this event. If you are still researching what sugar gliders are all about, this is a great opportunity to meet with people who have a lot of experience. If you are not an adult, you must bring your parents or guardian. Parents you are free to bring your children.
WHY: This is simply a get-together so people in Las Vegas can establish a local network and support group for glider owners and enthusiasts. Some topics of discussion will be: babysitting; where to get gliders; rescues;
diet;
bonding and behavior; health and husbandry practices. We encourage you to bring photos and stories, but we do not recommend bringing your pets because they may be exposed to other pets and unknowingly catch or pass-on an illness.
