I had a joey come out of Pouch yesterday! I am pretty sure it's a female, but I am trying not to get to close for a few days because my gliders rejected their first set of joeys. This one is a single, so I am hoping they will do better this time.

My female comes from two white tips, and obviously I would be beyond excited if I got any white tip joeys from her. Would a white tip be obvious from the begining? This ones tip doesn't look white, but it isn't darker at the tip either. I was wondering since it really doesn't have much more than fuzz yet, if it will come in white in a few weeks?

I guess I'll have to be patient until she lets me get close enough to tell for sure. her last 2 had dark black tips. This joeys tail just looks light grey the whole length from my vantage spot.

My white tip joey it was obvious from before she even had hair. The tip of her tail was white before the hair ever came in.

As far as your chances of having a wt...nobody really knows. Lol. I produced a wt out of a wfb/wt het and a normal. It was their only wt out of 4 joeys. Nobody knows for sure how the gene works. It's just so screwy. Lol.
