I was wondering if anyone knows the law about gliders in NC? More Specifically: Glenville, NC I'm considering moving there, but need to make sure that it's legal to own and breed gliders there first.

Some local areas may have restrictions but as far as a state they are legal here

I just mapped it. Thats pretty close to me. Ive not heard of anywhere nearby where they are banned. HTH

Yeah!  Well, I'm 99% positive that they're legal there. Ferrets are legal and they're considered "exotics" and pit bulls are legal too. Also, considering that it's in the mountains in the middle of nowhere, I figured the laws weren't all that strict since there's not many ways to enforce them, lol.

No bans that I know of. Exotics are pretty much fine to own, but wildlife is not permitted to be kept as pets (such as fliers).
