I was in the Harfod Mall a couple of weeks ago and Pocket Pets was set up there trying to sell sugar gliders or what they call sugar babies. It literally made me sick to my stomache. The mis information that these people that work for them was totally disgusting and wrong. I pretty much got escorted out by these people because i would pull potential buyers off to the side and tell them the truth on how u care for them and that they are not the type of pet that u can just buy and leave them in a small cage and forget about them. I was wondering if there was anything i could do to prevent people from buying them from there unless they get the truthful info on how much they need to put into a gliders life to make it thrive and live happy without getting kicked out of the place they are selling them. What really made me made is when i pulled one of their younger employees off to the side and asked him why they are giving people the wrong info on how to care for these wonderful animals. He said he knew it what Pocket Pets was telling the public was wrong but it was his job to feed them all the bull [censored] just so he could make a sale. Is there something i can do to prevent them from selling their sick animals to theses poor mis informed people without being booted out by security. I highly believe people need the right info before bringing one of these pets into there home. I took my girls to the vet recently and the first thing they asked me is if i had purchased them from Pocket Pets. The reason they asked me this was because over the last few weeks people had been bringing their gliders to this vet sick and not even 5 wks oop and alot of them never made it out of the vets office alive. It breaks my heart that these people could put these beautiful,loving animals in this position so that they die so young. Please if there is anything i can do to help stop this or at least make people aware of the face that Pocket Pets is nothing more than a mill breeder i want to do it. I refuse to sit back and watch these animals who i love dearly suffer and die just because people want to make money off them. Please let me know how i can contribute to the demise of this horrible company Thank u

(PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets does spew a lot of misinformation here is a link to the mill breeder Project Forum. They will provide you with the needed information on how to handle (PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets in the future.

Go to the mill breeder Project and make sure that LSardue has the vet information. She will contact the vet and ask some questions.

Does the mill breeder Project have anything that we can print off to hand out? That might be something we could pass out at the shows where (PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets is selling gliders. I don't know if you'd have to get a permit to pass out literature at the shows or not. ?? Wouldn't hurt to find out

Donna & Bob,
One Miniature American Eskimo dog, Chula;
Six Gliders, Chip & Dale, Caspian & Ceridwen, Sasha & Stubby.

RIP Betty, my love.

TGI (the glider initiative) has great packets that are meant to be handed out at such shows. I would contact them and ask about the packets they have.

Judge not until you have walked in their shoes and lived their lives. What you see online is only part of the story.

I could have missed the pain

Just a comment...

I have not been around long.. but it BAFFLES me how these guys are still in business!!?? I am in Canada, maybe i am ignorant .. but, i am not sure they would get away with that here.
90% of our pet stores no not even sell live animals anymore.. and most others only sell fish and maybe a rodent or two (not that they are not valuable, but they need minimal care). BC, were i live, there is a healthy general concern for animals and humanity.
Do these guys operate here??
They MUST be breaking some sort of laws..right??
very very sad that they can not be stopped.

If you can provide me with the name of the vet, I would appreciate it greatly. Also, we can always use more help, so please feel free to register at www.millbreederproject.com We have tons of helpful information that can be distributed to the public, letters to vets, and more.

Thank you for taking the time to care!
