Newbs thinking about helping by rehoming. - 03/10/17 11:38 AM
Hi all. New to the forum, and possibly to bringing home a pair of gliders. We have been informing ourselves about gliders for a while now, and an opportunity has come up to adopt/rehome. So, just wanted to say hello and warn that we may be posting a lot of questions as things come up. The situation is thru someone else that we have found a younger person who is moving and needs to rehome two approx. 1 year old neutered males, along with their large cage, travel cage & pouches, and possessions, and some food items...this weekend! Other than to purchase fresh food, we already have a bonding tent (things read we may not need that for a few days/week) and we already lined up a nearby experienced small animal/exotic pet vet too. It won't be until 6pm (or later) on Sunday when we get them home (if all goes well) after a 2.5+ hour trip, and set up their cage and let them back in their home inside of our home. Any final words or wisdom, encouragement, etc.?
