I give my gliders monkey biscuits almost every day. They LOVE them! They are little light brown puffy square looking things you can usually buy in the bird department of a pet store...they are in with all the bird seeds. If you ask at a pet store I am sure they can help you. Most people say to give them soaked in a little bit of juice but mine love them plain and I lke to give them ccrunchy to help clean their teeth.

I have given mine some more like a treat but i know some use them more often. If i leave them in the cage i do soak them some first with some juice.
