i have caught my glider in last 3 day, who steal and kill a pinky mice that intend to use as treat for my hedgehog, i though a domesticated pet sugar glider don,t have these instinct, unlike their relative who sometime prey on small bird or lizard in wild habitat, also my glider seen to chase other small animal like roach in my house when i let,s it to play outside the cage, sometime i give he/her a live farm raise cricket instead a meal worm

Although we like to think of them as domesticated, they are really not. They have learned to live with humans, but they are still very much wild animals in many respects. Just like (a majority of) cats and dogs still have their natural hunting instincts toward small animals, so do gliders.
If you want to see them really hunt, find/make a mesh enclosure that has mesh small enough to keep crickets from escaping and dump them in with your glider...it is really fascinating, especially if there are pouches and toys so the crickets can 'hide' from the glider.

my hedgehog named rocky and pinky is his favorite treat but my glider took his pinky instead, also i buy that pinky mice from local pet shop, she surprise me because i never see a such behavior before, as my glider mostly eat live insect only by hand-feeding

I have never fed pinkies to my glider, but do know many people have/do feed them on a semi-regular basis. They are a good source of protein and calcium. You may need to start buying extra for your glider!
