New York people need to start writing letters

Time to start writing letters to the De Blasio administration.

Would love to see them legalize sugar gliders!

So glad I don't live in the city! I don't see any good reason for them being illegal there.

They are actually illegal in Rochester also.

Rochester has a blanket law on all marsupials. It's a lousy law with no grandfather clause. Most of their exotic pet ban is for ridiculous animals... Giraffe and hippos and bison, etc. I can see the point of monkies and apes and even big cats. But suggies? Ugh. Time to start writing the people in office.

Find an alderman to sponsor a bill to amend the ordinance to read "no marsupials except sugar gliders". That is what I did in the city of Madison.
