Those are doing the same thing, but at least the titles are above now (it'd been so long I couldn't remember the thread names)..thanks for trying, tho! Those 2 are on page 1 in Health & Hygiene>Health & Hygiene 101> Misc. And for some reason I don't see that in the forum (no subforums listed), or anywhere else (prob. looking in the wrong place, I guess)...what am I missing?

The lab results came back today - and it is not a tumor. They changed her antibiotic, and we'll see how she does... I've been able to get her to eat small amounts of various foods. Hopefully she will do well on the new antibiotic, and she will get herself healed!

I still can't see the subforums in health, but at least I can read the posts thru the link. I can see them in other forums, like housing, so I know what it should look like, just not here. Keep us updated and let us know how the new meds work. The lab results came back today - and it is not a tumor. So did they say what it IS? And just keep putting food down her for as long as she is reluctant. Riker fought me every step, that little guy was determined to die (I would NOT let him, and told him repeatedly every day). I had to put it in in small amounts...almost drops...with each syringe of food until it was done, and hold his mouth closed until he swallowed it, but it went in. I also felt like a criminal, but knew it was necessary if he had any chance. That food provides the energy her body needs to fight this, and nutrients for her immune system. Trust she will forgive you, and do what's needed while pretending you don't feel like you're abusing her in some way (you really aren't). Try yummies in between to make up for it, and keep her eating at least some on her own.

Hey everyone Athena is now on Amoxicillin, and seems to be doing MUCH better I have been able to get her to eat apple slices, mealworms, and other fruits all on her own! I think the other medicine was just making her sicker. Hopefully now she is on her way towards recovery The lump is obviously not gone yet, but she seems to be feeling much better. I'll update everyone if anything changes, or when she goes to the vet for a check-up Thanks everyone
