Hi I am a newbee in Florida! I just came across your site looking for other people that may have had the same problem I had with Perfect Pocket Pets. I bought my Lillie at the FL state fair on 2/8 I was told that she would be fine as a single and that she was perfectly healthy other than her eye which was blue. My daughter has a love for "special" animals so we took her. They gave me whole set up and everything cost a fortune. I brought her home and the next morning noticed diarrhea I emailed them and they told me to take yogart and mix it with pepto bismol (DONT DO THIS). She got worse so they kept on giving me advice other diets other [censored]. Lillie got worse so after 3 weeks I take her the vet and he said she had one of the worst cases of Giardia that he had ever seen and shouldn't have ever been sold as a single. I shouldn't have ever given her pepto or the other stuff they told me to. This being my first lil baby I had no idea. I knew I wanted one before I had seen them but never had gone through with it. I spent 8-9 hours a day hanging out with her mostly at night. I have the time and love but don't think I should have been sold a sick baby. Her eye is all better thanks to my good care and she will survive the Giardia I hope now I have to shell out over 150 a week for the next 4 weeks to make sure that she gets to the vet and gets better. I had no idea when they sold me my baby they said they never get sick they never need to go to the vet I am so sick over it that I contacted my credit card and am attempting to reverse the charges figuring that my vet bills for an unhealthy glider would far exceed the cost I paid for her and I love her and have bonded with her and wouldn't ever give her back especially since now they won't respond to me. I can't believe that places like this exsist and I am sorry that this is long but wow. Now I need a friend for her and get her well. Shes the best lil girl ever so sweet and loving... I feel like I rescued her. Has anyone else had problems with these people? I hate to stop payment on anything but I don't think they should see a dime! I am lucky she didn't die before I finally got the courage to take her to the vet... they kept saying I didn't need to. Just sick makes me so sick! Any stories may help with the complaint that I am filing with my bank and maybe take a few bucks out of these awful peoples pockets! Also I bought extra Gliderchow (2 years supply according to them) and Glideamins what should I do for her food give her that or find something else?

Everyone who buys from them, has problems with them.

And OMG. PEPTO BISMOL?!?!?! frown frown frown frown frown That is NUTS.

You're definitely at the right place - thank God.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time, but I think for the time being, you need to focus on getting your baby better, and THEN think about getting her a cage mate. (A neutered male, or female will do.)

You need to make sure that EVERYtime you handle her, you're washing your hands very very well.

I will keep you and your baby in my thoughts!

Thank you so much. I am washing my hands constantly because I also have two small dogs 5 hamsters and a 8 year old daughter to contend with... oh and the fact that Lillie likes to jump at my face until I kiss her belly isn't good because the vet said that Giardia is contagious.

I think I've heard the worst of (PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets - and then it just keeps coming!

These people are subhuman.

In their newsletter, they were apparently telling people to contact them for advice on how to neuter your glider by yourself.

I'd like to neuter them ....

i saw them at the fair also. at the time i was curious about sugar gliders but i didnt want to get to close to the ones they were showing off because of all the people i knew had been handling them.. they looked so sad, too.

now that i have my own glider, hearing this story makes my heart break. if it were me, i would not only seek to stop payment but you may be able to stop them from continuing to do this to other people and other gliders. im sure its not the first time they've sold a sick glider.. maybe you can contact a lawyer for advice or someone in animal rights?

I'm so sorry you had to go through all that! Your baby is in good hands now, and you will find tons of good advise and info here!
Perfect Pocket Pets seems to be one of the worst "company's".
Here is a link for the recommended diets.
http://www.glidercentral.net/links/pages/Glider_Care___Information/Diet___Nutrition/index.html

Look through those links and ask as many questions as you need to to pick the right diet for her. A good diet is soooo important to a gliders health.

Oh and welcom to GC!

yes Giardia is a Zoonotic disease which means it can be spread from human to animan and vice versa...its usually spread by fecal matter or contaminated water

By any chance did the guy who sold you this glider have a problem with his forearm - in that it was bent in the middle? sounds like a dumb question, but I bought my gliders at a function in Florida, and although I think it was custom cage works, I heard the same lies from this guy that you heard. Ridiculous.

Luckily mine were apparently healthy, and I now have 4 adorable suggies. And yes, the male is now neutered.

Wow - I certainly wish you all the best with your little one. hug2 hug2 hug2

I almost bought my gliders from them also. They said that it would be 3 or 4 weeks before they got more so I decided to find a breeder instead and bought mine from a person in Tampa. I am local in South Florida as well. I am a first time owner and I bought a boy and girl unrelated but from the same breeder. There is so much information available and I can connect you to a group I am in through yahoo that is all about sugar gliders and these people are GREAT!! I hope all works out for you and am glad to hear that you have taken such good care of your glider. Its good people like you thatthese gliders need.

Geeze thank you guys so much for the support! Sorry I didn't get back earlier but my lil Lillie took her first exscape and she kept laughing as I tried to get her out of where she was hiding. I don't think the guy had a bent arm but he did tell me you neuter a boy yourself... hense why I got a girl. He told me never to listen to anyone on line that if I changed her diet it would make her unhealthy and stink. That none of the other infomation online other than his site is correct. He sent/still sends automated emails every single day with inncorrect information He tried convincing me that she should only have apples and half a peice of bread until I had had her 6 months. Actually I just got an email from them about what they shouldn't eat. My vet wants a word with them because of selling her single and telling me never to feed her bugs. I just get so angry thinking about it. On the upside I may be rescuing a 4 month old (just a bit older than Lillie) male to be her friend. As long as everything goes good Lillie will have a friend although I know she can't be around him until she gets better but she never will if she keeps fighting me to take her medicine grrr. I hope at least that part works out because by the time I am done with the vets I am going to be broke! I still gotta manage to get poor Lillie a friend she is pretty depressed and the vet said it was because of this. Well, lets hope this all works out and thanks for all your help!

Probably she is more depressed because of her health than because of being lonely.

I have an acquaintance who was recently sold an "8 week old" glider by them, and it turned out the little guy was 3-4 weeks old. He was really struggling! Poor tiny little thing! Didn't even know how to be a sugar glider until he got a friend. He hadn't learned how to eat on his own yet, or drink, or even play.

My vet did say she was under weight. I was told she was 8 weeks oop but since I was new I have no idea. The good news is she is getting better by the day and although she hates her meds... I still somehow manage to trick her into taking it. People like this need to be stopped. How would they feel if one of their children was taken from their mothers womb too early because they could make money on them and then feed them dog food or something? Isn't it almost the same thing? I fortunatly have found a great support system not only with you guys but from a local sugar glider breeder who recommended my vet and as a matter of fact her vets diet plan is on your site! I know I am finally being pushed in the right direction and I call this poor lady all the time she must be so sick of me! I am just waiting on the shipment of the new staple food and vitonate and calcium suppliment... no more Pocket Pets junk. They said that when I bought her to keep her on this that the rest of it was just cat food.... I think the truth is that theirs is probably the over priced cat food! But then nothing of what they told me could be further from the truth. Thanks to you guys and the nice lady at Suncoast Sugar Gliders and my Awesome vet Dr. Sanders Lillie is going to be great and I know alot more on how to keep her that way! Thank you so much!

Please do not get a male cagemate for Lillie unless you plan to neuter him. I would treat her as a rescue since she is from questionable background and she should never be bred, not only because of where she came from, but because she has been so sick.

I'm glad you made it over to GC! There is an abundance of information on the forums and if you have any questions at all, just ask. smile

Either I am unable to log onto their site or it's down temporarily, but these people are just pond scum I swear!! I'm so sorry for your little girl and the problems she is having. I know that my vet would like to get ahold of these people as well. Just an FYI...they don't breed these gliders...they purchase them from a TX Mill and have them shipped into these brokers. They are tiny babies and I guess whatever survives the trip is what they try to sell.

They were at our fair this summer and five days after they left, I already had rescues coming into my home. We've had GC members who purchased from that same fair, one girl bought a male/female pair, the little girl died quickly of ghiardia and the little boy suffered from a horrible eye infection and nearly lost his eye because of it!

Please, please, please file a complaint with the USDA, The Better Business Bureau and your credit card company!! Keep all of your documentation from them.

They say not to listen to anyone else online because everyone else is a "self proclaimed internet expert".....but, what are THEY? They themselves are "self proclaimed internet experts" and the fact that they are afraid for you to get any other information is horrendous. It just shows that they KNOW that their info is bad.

To put it into perspective as to their character..the owner of Perfect Pocket Pets was one of the first people to have the kiosks in the mall for Metabolife diet Pills....remember when people started dying from those? Well, he closed up shop and went onto another venture...apparently innocent animals to make a quick buck. He has a home for sale in Ft. Myers for over 4 MILLION dollars. He is laughing all the way to the bank and the ONLY way to hurt him is to cut off the flow of money!!! Hit him where he'll feel it...in the wallet!! If we get enough people to file complaints about him, people will listen!!

Geeze I did want to have just one litter of babies with Lillie just for myself not to sell but I guess as long as I have her and her soon to be new lil boyfriend then I will have to neuter him and call it a day... at least I have two very sweet lil babies and I can always rescue ones that really need a good home. I just love my lil girls temperment so much even when shes sick she just wants to cuddle. The vet was shocked because after torturing her and checking her out she still ran up his shoulder wouldn't let me catch her and gave him a kiss. I guess that its mixed blessings at least I have her and probably tomorrow her little friend. I ordered new food for them both he doesn't have a staple food offered to him so I guess they will both adjust at the same time. Any suggestions on if I should do it gradually like half of what she has now and half of the new stuff or just give her the new stuff? It's called Zoo keeper's secret and I have heard great stuff about it. I also got the vitonate which is supposed to be the best and the rep-cal. Tracking says it will be here tomorrow and I just ordered it earlier today... pretty good if you ask me. It's time to get this lil fur-butt healthy and to stay that way so she can be my forever angel!

I seriously believe that stories like Lillie's should be collected.

I think a lawyer should be contacted to file a class action suit on behalf of the people they've done this and worse to (not to mention the gliders ... but they won't file a class action suit on their behalf).

It may be that the glider owners who have bought from (PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets won't get any financial benefit of a class action suit. But it is the ONLY way that I know of to shut those people down once and for all.

Oh - Lillie's mom. I got my first glider, Rocket, from a mill breeder. Didn't know it at the time. I had bought him and his lady-to-be in order to breed them. (I got his lady from a real breeder, not a mill breeder! From Critter Hill, in fact!)

I think we all start that way?

But as soon as I learned more about mill breeding, I had Rocket neutered. I consider Rocket to be a rescue. Although I had high hopes "back in the day" of breeding him - I didn't think twice about having him neutered once I learned more.

I know how could anyone ever do this? They even told me if I got one they could show me how and told me it was easy. And that none of them would ever need to go to the vet. I am just so sick over it and I won't stop until these people and those like them never ever are allowed to sell or even own another pet that they can harm in this way. I feel like making a trip and taking all their gliders from them so that at least they have a chance.

I was in Florida seeing my sister a couple of weeks ago and tried to find these people. I had absolutely no luck at any phone numbers. How do these people sleep at night - knowing they are doing such bad things to these babies - this is so sad! I'm sure glad we have each other.

They were here at the fair this last year. Better believe I am watching closely to make sure they do not come back this year. If I see they are on the list, I will be printing out ever single post on here about all the bad experiences people have had. I will also call every single day. Either they aren't coming to the fair, or I'm getting arrested. lol.

Same here let them come out to the fair I will go every day and stand by their booth and let everyone know with tons of documentation what they are and what they did. I will call PETA let them protest too. I contacted the fair autorities and complained too so hopefully they wont be back but if they are... they got some serious explaining to do and they won't be selling any gliders!

This is terrible.

I read the website and it absolutely made me sick. I love how he stresses the fact that there are so many "SELF PROCLAIMED GLIDER EXPERTS" out there, guilty conscience maybe?? Thats ridiculious. Oh and the people that CLAIM to be experts "don't even own a dozen pair of gliders". You have to atleast own 24 gliders to be an expert? shakehead

I'd like to talk to this guy. I'd also like to read his "family circle". Wonder why you have to be one of his "customers" to read it? shakehead

Stories and people like this just make me want to go hug and hold my babies and thank God they never had to go through anything like this like poor Lillie.

I applaud you for "thinking out of the box" and finding another source of information besides this idiot. You're an angel for giving her a great home, and love! Just like anyone else that has rescued one of these babies.

Getting off my soap box now smile

We had a recent glider owner who bought from someone along this lines and they went to the news stations her baby was healthy but this mill breeder was selling in an illegal state this is a suggestion to anyone whos actually gotten a glider from these monsters to make it public maybe that will get them finally shut down ,Theres been lots of people Im sure whos been through this same thing maybe if it was made public they would all come and tell their stories and maybe something would actually be done to shut this monster down.Glad to hear your little one is doing better.

Having Faith and Hope that some day soon. That all the world will come to see that all of gods babies deserve love and affection.

Really? they think you can TRAIN them by saying "No Chew" or "No Bite" ..
What are they to them. Little dogs?

Maybe someone should make a anti Pocket Pets site.
You know.. like a forum thing.
So people doing research can read the truth about these people.
And have a list of horror stories to back it up. I think that would help hurt there business.
Anything to put a stop to these horrible people!

Wow, I am sure glad I found GC before I got my gliders. I hope little Lillee is doing well.

Also, that anti-website sounds like a really good thing.

they probably want to hide the info from actual glider experts. I now have more knowlege about the critters in my pinky nail then he will ever have because hes an arrogant jerk. I feel bad if they really have 7 as they say poor little guys. I tried to put on my email address but they have now taken me off their list! I am not allowed to log in. Hows that for funny? They still have some of my money and took me off their "newsletter" Lucky for me they already emailed them all to me and they are kept in a nice safe place! I was actually kind of shocked that they removed me! I guess I shouldn't be I just complained too much!

1 Rat Terrier- Bella
1 "Mini Irish Wolfhound" from the pound- Winn Dixie

you can't just sign up for it you can only be a part if you buy a glider from them. I have all the emails but have been barred from the family circle since attempting to stop payment!

You have GOT to be kidding!! I am on a mission to get these people shut down. Ok, I'd like to invite anyone who has had an experience with Perfect Pocket Pets to log onto my forum to post their info. Once it is all compiled, I will start sending the info to the Better Business Bureau in Cape Coral, FL, as well as USDA, etc.

Our SC USDA rep visited them at the fair and told my friend that they were a perfectly respectable organization and there was NOTHING wrong with the way they handled or cared for their animals. DAYS after they left our local fair, there were already several gliders seen by my vet suffering from Ghiardia, etc.

Thats ok their smallest (other than their travel cage) that we got for Lillie he told me I could fit 6 in comfortably! This guys gotta screw loose! They don't have it pictured but its only 18x18x24 and has two shelves and a ramp. I have been told its not even really big enough for even just her and that I will need to buy a new one.. Lucky I had planned on it anyway!

They have on their website...buying a baby sugar glider from PocketPets, it will be between 8 to 12 weeks old.

See, here is how they twist what is best for the joeys...

They are selling them 8-12 weeks OLD, not 8-12 weeks OOP. Two different ages all together.

Oh, and I love how they have instructions on how to make a glider kitchen on their website. Like it is their own brilliant idea. PLEASE...

so many things totally wrong with those people...

I have one of those cages that was brought in with one of their rescues after they left our fair this year.....It's a good TRAVEL cage size and the shelves and ladder just inhibit any space they DO have. The first thing I did was get some nippers and cut out the ladder and the shelves to make room!!

Thats a good idea. I know my Lillie doesn't have enough room in there but was waiting for her to heal and completely get over her Giardia and diarrhea before I decide on a new cage for her! Just for sanitation I figured I'd chuck the "sicky cage" Too small in my opinion anyway!

I've said over and over:

I am collecting documentation so that I can file a class action lawsuit against them.

I need vet statements, and other documentation, and it all has to be true and verifiable.

That's the only way I can think of to get to them... hurt them in the pocket.

Absolutely Alden. Hey...have you talked to LSardou lately? She's got some GREAT info....

Sweetheart26 we're trying to get them shut down. The owner is a multi-millionaire. It's not an easy task! It's going to take coordination and good, verifiable accounts of wrong doing.

Lillee - If you cut out the ladder and one side of the shelves, she'll have LOTS more room to play and I wouldn't throw the cage away because it's a great travel cage, but I would DEFINITELY give it a good bleaching!!! I put mine in the shower and spray it down with clorox cleaner and then turn on the shower as hot as I can and let it clean and steam for about 10 minutes.

So far, I don't need any help!

I've only been contacted by TWO people - and neither of them had problems from the beginning.

One's glider was seen by a vet right away - but developed sickness later. Although the joey was too young, the vet didn't document that.

The second - again, probably too young joey. No vet documentation.

PLEASE!! I KNOW there is other information out there! We hear about the babies dying or coming home with Giardia ... Please send me that info!

I am trying to gather info on ALL the mill breeders - not just Perfect Pocket Pets.

PM me your email address and I will be happy to send the vet reports and emails and stuff I have. I sent them to several people yesterday and I have my vet getting other info as well other than the vet bills that say Lillie had giardia. It is on there her age which my vet was very skeptical about because she weighed only 28.6 grams on visit one at 2 months 15 days oop. My vet wanted their number and personally called to give them the what for! I have to see him again on Friday and he already said that if I needed anything to help stop them to let me know and he would help! I have a great vet! Let me know if you or anyone else that hasn't already been sent the info needs it I will be happy to help anyway I can. After seeing how sick poor Lillie was and truly she still has better days than others I will do anything to stop this from happening to other lil angels and their mommies and daddies!

That is just a horrible web site!! Those poor animals! And they use heat rocks?!?! Oh it also states on that section with the heat rocks, that gliders aren't rodents so you don't have to worry about them chewing on the cord...?!? And wow..do they like to slam all the forums on the internet or what?

Also, they say you can use pine shavings as bedding, but not cedar. I have fleece in the slide out tray in my cage..but isn't pine also bad for suggies?

Alden, I hope more people do get in contact with you and get you the information you need to shut that place down.

And I hope Lillie is doing better!! I think once you really clean out the cage, even tho it is small, she will be ok in there recovering until you get her a larger cage. Think about how great she'll feel in a bigger cage, with lots of toys and love from you!!

Hmm one more thing...on their site they sell a "Run-O-Round" wheel that looks exactly like the wodent wheels...can they do that? Re-name a product and sell it?

Pine is bad for all small animals it causes respitory problems not just with gliders but hamsters guinea pigs, chinchillas, rats, mice, rabbits all little critters. And a few great burdens have been lifted a lady in my neighborhood is giving me a cage a huge one! She had a 12 year old glider she just bought the cage and the glider was overweight and sadly passed just a few weeks after purchasing it frown She said her little angel would want my Lillie to have it because her name too was Lilly just spelled different! I also have an angel helping make toys and pouches for me everyone has been so kind and this week I am taking in a few rescues! One of whom was also bought at the Florida State Fair and is just over the Giardia. I am also getting the vet reports from this as a condition of taking her and getting a clean bill of health. I will send them to everyone when I get them. Life is gettin back to normal and Lillie seems to be getting better. It is stressful and expensive to have a sick pet but she's worth every single bit of it! Thank you guys for your continued support!

oh of course. After all I went through with Lillie I wouldn't risk reinfecting her or anybody else! My vet already knows we are comming in! The good part is he is the same vet that has seen the other glider in the past and recommended me when the guy was trying to rehome her. (See even my vet is contributing to me driving my family nuts with animals) I feel great about saving another one and know that it will be great with a good additude and sort of knowing what I am getting into and what I have been through and what I have learned I know I can handle the 10000 gliders I will have by the end of the year (just kidding my limit is 7)

Hello,
January 28th we purchased a male and female glider from (PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets at the Home Show. 8 days later the male, Moe, died from an unknown illness fairly rapidly. The night before he died he had acted lethargic. He did have some diarrhea but we when we called they said it could be due to the stress. They offered a "replacement" male for $100. The replacement male appeared unhealthy from the beginning. He was unsteady, and alot smaller. We took him to the vet to be evaluated Friday 3/21 and then 3 days later found him in distress, dehydrated and rushed him back to the vet. He was given fluids and resuscitated. Unfortunately, after dropper feeding him and medical care, he died today. The female, Molly, is very healthy as of now and has done well. We are taking her to be evaluted also, especially after seeng the concerns regarding giardia and salmonella. We are still not sure what caused our sugar glider's death. Our vet did feel that he was younger than 8 wks based weight and exam. He weighed, after 2 wks of our having him, only 24 grams. We are very distraught by all this and, unfortunately, learned the hard way about the importance of researching where you purchase sugar gliders. The fact that they were being sold at a loud and large home show to people like us who were initially very uneducated regarding sugar gliders should have been a large red flag. It is very disturbing to think of these loving animals (or any animal in that matter) suffering needlessly. We certainly will encourage others to avoid (PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets in the future. This forum has been very informative to us. Thank you

I don't know how much help I am. I do know that a TV news story put a BIG dent for a few years in West wind Critters sales, by myself and a couple other GC members telling EXACTLY what a glider was all about. When I said a horse was easier/less expensive to care for than these mill bred gliders it got attention! Unfortunately, she finally showed up at the gunshow last weekend (first in a couple years)

Commander Riker came from Flying Fur Ranch. I have over $5000.00 in medical bills for him, and ALL the receipts. Can I prove he came from there? No. I have the broker's word, but not in writing. And that was before the TV spot when I was still "trusted", so no chance of documentation now. Two of WWC gliders died within days of giardia (along with about 300 others here in 90 days), also FFR gliders. But prove where they came from. I'd be happy to send you thousands in vet bills, and where the gliders were said to originate, if it will help. Unless origin can be proven, though, will it make a difference?

Wow.

Just...wow. I wouldn't be able to hold myself back if I was near that guy.

It would be a "Say Hello to my little friend!" moment....but it wouldn't be soft and furry like Stella....more like cold and hard....like a machine gun. Haha.

They have been showing up in MARYLAND!
(PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets aka CCW (he says so on his CD that was given to one of my new parents).
I have been contacted by 2 people in the past month, looking for a cage mate, that was at the Home Expo. in Gaithersburg, Md. and then at a Pet Expo at Dullas airport. Both suffered the loss of a malnutritioned & underaged joey, as well as very high vet bills. PLEASE RESEARCH WHERE THE GLIDER IS FROM...BEFORE YOU BUY!!
If not from a breeder (that has a non-mobil home) WALK AWAY!!!
Is a vet not required when selling at flea markets, gun shows, expos, etc?

Not to drag up an out-dated topic, but I just came across this browsing the forums. I'm curious, has anyone that's purchased gliders from this company ever asked to see a copy of their usda license? Its my understanding that they're required to show proof of licensing if asked for it, though I could be wrong. I know that in SC, stores with exotic pets are required to display it, just as they're required to display their business license. At least, that is what I was told by a pet store owner there.

Also, the idea of putting together a website about this company and others like it is a very good idea. It won't do a lot right away to get them shut down, but it will help to quickly spread the word. The drawback is, that any negative info put on a website has to be verifiable, or the owners of the company in question could possibly sue and have the site shut down.

I'd be willing to help compile information and build a good site. It can be listed on search engines and linked to from other sites. I'm sure there are members here who have pages on sites like myspace or facebook. While those sites may not be acceptable for linking to from a place like GC, they can be very useful for getting word out to a massive audience in a short period of time.

Another drawback though, is proving that someone's sick glider actually came from Pocket Pets. There has to be sales receipts at least, something with the company's name on it.

It would also be beneficial if someone knows someone who does have access to (PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets's "members only" areas who could relay the information, to see exactly how much of it is inaccurate and harmful.

Also, if these people are giving medical advice for sick gliders over the telephone, or even through their website, isn't that illegal, especially if they aren't licensed vets?

Anyway, I'd love to help anyone interested in actually pursuing this.

Hey Bryan, there is actually a movement under way to methodically and legally get these guys shut down for good. It's called the mill breeder project. thefotokat, LSardou and a few others are compiling information provided by veterinarians and first hand accounts from people all across the country.

It has to be factual information and be verifiable. Now that the festival season is kicking into high gear, it won't be long before the stories come pouring in I'm sure!

Thats alright!!! laugh You will find several people on here have gotten gliders from them. The important thing to remember is that you are here now and you couldnt be in a better place! There is a ton of info on here. If you would like, I can PM some links you may find useful. That would be great. Thank you so much. The main thing I am wondering now is I wasted a lot of money on (PPP) Perfect Pocket Pets's Glide-r chow? Is it worthless? Dangerous? I was reading a good bit on here last night about the BML and HPW diets and they sound quite interesting and will probably try them both. Should I stop feeding the Glide-r-chow? If so, what should I feed while I am waiting for the HPW powder and bee pollen to come in (going to try the HPW first)?
