one reason new members go to the entire board is because they haven't yet gotten to know people.
It can be very intimidating to come to the board and see so many that appear to be close friends, know each other by first name even when it's not listed here.
You have gliders in common but can feel like you don't fit because so many "really" know each other and you know nobody.
So exactly who do you PM when you don't know anyone, I can PM 1/2 the people here and actually know them, met most in person. That wasn't the case when I signed up here over 3 years ago.
