Ok, I have the HPW Plus mixed and in the freezer. And I have all of the veggie/fruit listed in Mixture one on the website below. But, I have a couple questions for those more advanced http://www.hpwplus.com/preparation_serving/preparation_serving.htmFor the one Tablespoon of HPW per glider, is that a level tablespoon or just get a good scoop of tablespoon worth> For the chopped bok choy, do you include the leaves and all or just the bottom portion? Can I put all the fruit/veggie mixture together and freeze it? And when I get the tablespoon full of the fruit/veggie mixture, do I need to make sure it has a pretty even distribution, or is whatever I end up scooping fine? Thanks for any help Anna~

I Feed the HPW complete--I freeze it but I feed fresh fruits and veggies. Bok choy can be fed with the leaves on it. Hope this helps some. I would say whatever they get in a scoop is good.

My answers:
1. I feed the Complete, and I level my tablespoons. Even when I fed the Original, I leveled that too.
2. I rinse the bok choy with cold water to keep it fresh longer and then I give them everything, leaves and all. They munch on all parts of it.
3. Yes, you can put everything together and freeze it. Some gliders like their fruits and veggies separate, so you have to see what works best for your gliders.
4. In general, whatever you scoop is fine, just maybe give the mixture a fresh mixing everynight to evenly distribute everything before you scoop. Now, if it's 95% veggies or 95% fruits, you wanna include some more of the other and subtract some of whatever is that dominant, but you don't have to make sure everynight that it's exactly 50/50, no. You're aiming for it to be even overall, so you ideally wanna get as close to 50/50 as possible, but it doesn't have to be exact.
Hope that helped!

I don't use the fruit/veggie mix so I can't help on that.
I scoop a level TBSP for each glider.

Sherri, Teresa, Jess & Stephanie, Thank you all soo much. I have it figured out. I am going to mix the frozen elements and serve fresh bok choy, cucumbers and papaya so that they have options. Thank you all again. Anna~
