I've wanted to get my gliders some frozen mixed vegetables, but I haven't been able to find mixed veggies without salt added in. I read that the salt that's added in to frozen veggies isn't really enough to hurt the gliders, but I was still unsure.

So, today while out grocery shopping I decided to go ahead and get some frozen vegetables anyway. So, I found some mixed veggies without lima beans and reached in and pulled them out. I checked the ingredients list just to make sure there weren't any lima beans. There were no lima beans, but that's not the only thing that wasn't in it...there was no salt! Finally!

So, here's what kind of mixed veggies I got...
The brand is BirdsEye. They're called "Steamfresh" and cook in the bag. It's a bit bigger than I would like, but I think it will work well. The veggies that are in it are corn, carrots, peas, and green beans.
