Does anyone know how many breeding pairs it is before you need a breeders license in Canada. I heard it was 3 but am not sure.

I have no idea. Have you thought about contacting a breeder in Canada to ask? I'm not even sure who in gov't you should contact to ask. If you find out, please let us know.

Try contacting www.glidercommunityofedmonton.org. they are breeders so they should be able to let you know
