I put this in behavior because it's about Genevieve's reaction to her first encounter with kale.

oh...my...gawd she thinks it is evil and must be eradicated. Seriously, she is scared to death of it and attacks it like it's some kind of intruder which is funny because she's normally so laid back and calm. I wish y'all could see this! Her tail is all poofed out like a scared cat lol!
I put it, among other new fruits & veggies, in the cage tonight and she is freaking out! Charlotte loves it though.
It is so funny to watch. She sneaks up on it, slaps at it, and then runs away. Then she'll run up to Charlotte as she's chowing down and slaps her around for eating it and then runs away. What is that about???
Has anyone else's glider reacted like this to kale??? I guess I'm going to take it out before she has a heart attack.

I was laughing so hard while reading this. I wish I could have seen that.
My gliders hate raw carrots. But they just picked up the pieces and threw them through the bottom bars of the cage into the poop tray. I've never had more hatred than that lol. But I would love to see them attacking some type of food lol. It sounds hilarious.
I may have to go get some kale now to see what happens.

I'm picturing their little faces looking all mad and them saying, "[censored] is this?!?! does she expect us to eat this orange crap? this is an outrage! I'll show her where this belongs!" and then they angrily toss the revolting carrots into the poop tray.
*side note - I've never called it a poop tray but it sounded so funny when you said it so now I have to as well...especially when talking about rejected items offered to the gliders.

Lol oh my goodness, I'm at work reading this and I'm giggling like a nut. On of my employees asked me what I'm doing. That is hilarious. I'm tempted to buy some kale now to see what mine do!
