Just 2 days OOP and Ripley weighs approximately 14 grams. Is that normal? She is strong and not far away from mamma, who still carries her in the pouch when she leaves the nest. And soooo vocal, little baby crabbing is cute.

Yes, 14 grams sounds like a good weight for a first baby.

Wow. I'm new to this forum and have only had my two wee ones since this past October but 14grams seems super great. Our new boy Taeo weighed 11grams at two days old so she is bigger than mine was. Taeo is officially two weeks old as of yesterday and is weighing in at 19grams. Your new sweet girl seems a very healthy weight. Congrats. Aren't you amazed how tiny she is. Ours took 10 days to open both eyes.

My girl is now 28 grams and just about 2 weeks oop. Eyes still closed but growing, crabbing, and just so damn cute.
