I saw the joey move in pouch for the first time! It was moving a lot (while my little girl was eating). There is only one joey. I can't wait to meet him/her. Any guesses as to how far along she is?

...I am trying to get the opportunity to get pics but she doesn't like any light on.

Thanks in advance for your help. :-)

Can you give us any idea of the size of the bump? My first joey came out of the pouch 3 weeks ago.

Usually when you start seeing body parts sticking out they are getting close to the OOP date.

Thanks so much for your replies. The lump is very visible now, about the shape of a peanut. I'm thinking the joey is about 40-50 days in pouch according to this article:

Excited grandma here!

Once the baby bump is noticeable the last few weeks are the worst...seem to take FOREVER!!!! But sooo worth it. I am a first time granny. I started handling the Joey as soon as she came out of the pouch, a little each day because momma is so laid back. post pics when the happy day comes.

He's finally here! Yes, it's a boy. The most adorable little thing ever. I didn't think mama was ever going to let him out of that pouch.
