Baby is nearly 3 months old and eating well. The nipple and mammary gland that she was attached too is still swollen. Not abnormal looking. I was just wondering that after their first Joey if the gland that was used stays slightly enlarged, like dogs after their first litter. It mimics another Joey in the pouch..I really want another baby and I keep looking.

Got me on that one, are you sure it isn't a joey?

Mine have always dropped joeys in right away.

More than likely it is another joey you are feeling. Many gliders will drop a joey in pouch before the other is even done nursing.

No, I looked for Joey, sadly none. Just a round gland. About the size of a nickel. Not inflamed or anything.
