I would say only if you know you have 'chewers'. In that case I would only use them for out of cage play time and not leave them in the cage 24/7. They could pose a choking hazard or worse if swallowed.
Gliders are exactly like human toddlers when it comes to toys. Some they love and some prefer the box the toy came in
