On the left-hand side, under 'Articles,' there are two links labeled 'Adding Avatar or Profile Pictures.' The top one leads to an article with a similar title. The lower one links to an article concerning adding pictures to posts. I believe a name-change for the link is in order.

Can you give me a specific link, I am not 100% certain where you are speaking of. I see this one, but I don't see what you are talking about here:
