I'm getting a bit of mixed information about the use of honey in gliders' diet. I've been using high quality, locally sourced honey to mix in their CritterLove mix. And I've been told *not* to feed my gliders honey. *facepalm* Getting a bit frustrated.

Peggy will answer your question better than me, but basically that is old news now... The only thing I will say that local cold filtered honey is best.

RAW honey has been used in gliders diets for DECADES! It is used to help replace the sap they get in the wild. Raw honey is full of nutrients and antioxidants. And whoever told you not to use it, probably does not work with an exotic animal nutritionist that is an expert in sugar glider diets like I do.
