What you are seeing is them establishing who is going to be the boss in the cage. Some things that may help would be: Multiple feeding stations, one per glider and one extra. Don't give them more food, just split their food between 3 dishes. Have two sleeping pouches in the cage, in case they want to sleep alone. I hope this help, please keep us posted.
