So I trying to help a friend who's computer got nailed with ransom ware type virus and such. I shocked how much these simple programs to remove them are changing over the last decade. I mean every you look says they remove it on the free edition but when you load and actually look at it the trick is you have to buy the full upgraded edition to get the part you need. I am can't just format and reload the system cause he has programs that took weeks to set up and configure, and a couple are really hard to get.

The real issues I have is that with some of these programs they want to mark programs I run as threats cause they are hacked in some way ( my doing to mod color or overclocking toys.

Anyone using a program to scan and remove crap( virus and ransom ware that truly free. ( I use Norton but I am no longer a Comcast isp user lol
