Do you all rehydrate your freeze dried fruit and vegetables. I do and wondering if it were necessary?

Mine prefer it hydrated.

I'm tempted to put out a few pieces freeze dried as a snack next to the water. Just so they can have the opportunity to try it on their terms

You don't have to buy the dehydrated, they would be good for traveling. I use the 5 salad mixtures.

I buy dehydrated fruit and veggies on line as I feel less waste. What are you referring to when you say the five? Are you talking about fresh?

There are 5 salads on Peggy's site. Here is the link: Salad mixtures for Critterlove diets.

Thanks Kimberly! I just looked it up. I will make a purchase and freeze the ingredients-I hope I can freeze all of this to make their salads?
