I love my Caramel babies! They are so, so gentle and friendly! However, I really, really want to add a pair of Leucistics. Am I crazy and should I just be happy with my sweet boys? Any thoughts?

I found a pair of males but they are 800 miles or so away. Geez! I cannot believe I cannot locate any closer.

I have found a leucistic and a standard both female cage mates 9 months old to be picked up this Tuesday. I am wondering if I have to separate my two caramels until they are neutered since these are females and I do not want aggression? It will not be until April? The girls cage is already set up down and the boys will be in the loft but I have a third cage that I can separate one into? Help Ladymagyver Hutch Karen I don't want to create chaos! Well it is not happening so still trying to figure this out!

I am not a pro when it comes to this part, but if I were in your shoes, the males would be fine upstairs as long as you don't start intros till after neuters.
Keep bedding, cage sets separate, wash hands between handling each cage.
The concern is swapping scents during the time the girls are in heat.

The concern is swapping scents during the time the girls are in heat. Not going to happen after all. There were a couple of reasons but one of the primary reasons is they are 9 months old and "have not been on any diet." I know I was slow on starting mine but it just concerns me because when I asked, she responded that they get protein and stuff but not on any diet just eat what is there.
